Pitching Heart Bones to movie producers Tuesday night!

These are the bones of the story. Please let them speak to you as I pitch …
What do you think? Will material artefacts add to or detract from my pitch?
Love to have your tips;)

After reading your wonderful story I thought the same thing Audrey, so much heartbreak and sorrow and it would make for a fantastic movie…… Pitch it! I would love to see it on film, so exciting. Cant wait to get your book from the local book store, hoping to order it this week.
How exciting! I think it would make a great film. Wish I knew something about it, so that I could help. Visual props for a visual venue seems to make sense to me, but I’m not sure what is accepted procedure. Actually, now that I think about it, my son-in-law’s sister is a producer. I’ll try to ask her for you, if it’s not too late- must be Tuesday night already by you!!!
I have no advice, but loads of encouragement and prayer for you! How exciting!
Good luck Audrey! I know you will be splendid.
Good luck on your pitch, your story speaks for itself and you will do a great job of representing your work. I think the artifacts contribute to the pitch and having them there, introducing them, but then letting them just be there silently as you proceed to talk about your book will be a powerful visual and physical presence of the powerful and over-arcing themes in your story. Can’t wait to hear how it went!
Audrey, I wish you the best of luck and my memoir friend Kathy Pooler suggested I contact you as I wrote a post on this subject. Kathy and my PR contacts say my memoir reads like a movie. I would love to connect with you via e-mail. Here is my link to my post. http://soniamarsh.com/2013/12/how-do-i-get-my-book-made-into-a-movie.html. Also please e-mail me at: Sonia@soniamarsh.com. All the best!
Great to connect Sonia. Your flip-flop adventures sounds “bracing”. I wouldn’t be so brave. All best to your movie vision …
